Victas VO > 103 is a tensioned short pips rubber with speed glue effect. That being said, despite having strong offensive capabilities, this rubber can be considered a more allround style relative to 101 and 102. The specially constructed 40° sponge allows this rubber to be an excellent choice for both passive and active play.
