Matador Titan is the newest addition to the Matador series, designed for an aggressive, attack-oriented style of play. It offers excellent speed for topspin rallies with inverted rubbers, while remaining highly effective when paired with pimple-out and anti-spin rubbers. In contrast to the Hybrid Carbon version, the Titan replaces carbon with a combination of titanium fiber on the forehand side and Texalium on the backhand, both positioned around the core. This construction increases dwell time, resulting in improved control—particularly for passive shots such as blocking and chop-blocking. The blade maintains high speed but introduces a slightly softer feel, making it easier to execute opening loops and counter-spins with confidence. Like other blades in the Matador range, it excels when used with offensive pimple-out and frictionless anti-spin rubbers, producing a low, sinking trajectory and strong spin reversal. The Matador Titan is a versatile weapon, equally suited for modern power play and for players who rely on disruptive rubber combinations.
